One of the most important things in a swimming pool is the plumbing and equipment, this can determain the life of your interior and level of maintence required.

 On all of our custom pools we use 2" and 2 1/2" sch 40 pipe for all drains and skimmers, our custom pools have 6 or more pool returns, two skimmers and all drains are built using the safty breaker system. 

If you are looking to make your pool as maintence free as possible we can have your pool engineered with a infloor cleaning system, this will cut up to 90% of your maintence on cleaning.

  Steel is #3 on 8" centers throughout the pool with a 12"x12" #4 beam around the pool. Deep end has double roll of steel for more support. 

 Gunite is the foundation of your swimming pool. This process is messy and after completed we will have a professional clean up of your yard. During the hotter months, your gunite will need to be watered down three times a day to protect the integrity of the foundation. Your Mirage Custom Pool Superintendent will advise as to the care of your gunite on each project.

 Some gunite jobs require more then one day to complete, Gunite is not concreet does not have a cold joint and will bond to existing gunite.
